Andreas Lang Di Maggio started his real estate career back in 1993 in Germany. He graduated from the German Real Estate Academy (DIA) in Freiburg and the European Business School (EBS) in Oestrich-Winkel with the Master of Science in Real Estate.

In 2001 he was elected as a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the world’s leading professional body for qualifications and standards in real estate. Since 2014 he is Expert Immobilier C.E.I.F. in France and in 2017 he completed the Certified Real Estate Asset Manager (DIA) in Freiburg.

His company Ladima Real Estate deals with real estate transactions, consulting and management for real estate in Germany and France.

Already since 2003 a focus are transactions and consulting for real estate on the French Côte d’Azur.

Here he has built up a large network of reliable partners and is cooperating closely with professional partners.

He speaks German, English, French and Italian, is able to offer his mainly international clients and integral and comprehensive service in regard of all relevant issues related to real estate.

Over 29 years of experience in the real estate business together with his knowledge of the local real estate market have contributed to the ongoing expansion of his portfolio of satisfied clients.
